Multi-Project Courseware Delivery
01 · SITUATION
Three courseware projects required coordinated requirements interpretation, stakeholder alignment, contractual-deliverable tracking, and dependable movement through design, development, Train-the-Trainer, and Pilot milestones.
02 · ACTION
Working in a deputy project-management capacity, I coordinated priorities and stakeholders, tracked contractual deliverables across the three projects, and helped lead courseware teams through design, development, review, and delivery. During an earlier operations and production phase of the broader portfolio, I also helped manage quality and release workflows across hundreds of deliverables.
03 · RESULT
Three courses advanced through Train-the-Trainer, with one continuing through Pilot, and the work received highly positive reviews from federal stakeholders. During the earlier production phase, only two deliverables out of hundreds were rejected.
Program & QA Leadership Recovery
01 · SITUATION
A $20M+ portion of a federal training-modernization program—scoped to the ratings under my direct responsibility—was operating with a Marginal CPARS rating and needed stronger quality coordination across technical and instructional teams.
02 · ACTION
As Quality Assurance Lead, I led a 10-person QA team, aligned execution with program standards, stepped into Operations/Production Manager responsibilities, managed CDRL deliverables, and supported more than 200 seat hours of hybrid training.
03 · RESULT
My leadership played a major role in moving the program’s CPARS rating from Marginal to Very Good within two years.
QA Portal & Workflow Automation Architecture
01 · SITUATION
A federal program’s CDRL deliverables relied on manual QA intake and review, creating rework, inconsistent approvals, and audit risk.
02 · ACTION
I designed and built a SharePoint QA portal with automated intake, peer-review, and technical-review routing; created logic tools for approvals, dashboards, and escalation; and implemented 14+ SOP-based QA checklists.
03 · RESULT
Reduced rework and rejection through integrated comment-resolution tracking while supporting Section 508 and DoD compliance.
Executive Briefing & Professional Communications Training
01 · SITUATION
Compliance auditors at a federal transportation-security organization conducted unannounced field inspections nationwide. They were technically strong but needed the communication skills to brief airport directors and staff effectively.
02 · ACTION
I designed a soft-skills curriculum culminating in a live practical exercise: teams briefed a simulated director on real-world findings and recommendations under realistic pressure.
03 · RESULT
The training became the standing onboarding curriculum for incoming auditors. Leadership later requested expansion into a broader organizational communications curriculum.
Regulatory-Driven Systems Migration & Multi-Site Operational Leadership
01 · SITUATION
During healthcare’s shift from paper records to electronic medical records, a growing pediatric organization needed to modernize systems and staff training across eight locations without disrupting care.
02 · ACTION
I partnered with operations leadership on the end-to-end rollout, converted training to digital delivery, trained 300+ employees, supported patient-facing workflows for 2,000+ users, and provided after-hours transition support.
03 · RESULT
Supported electronic charting and digital training across eight locations, contributing to 30% fewer support tickets and 40% faster onboarding.
