For approximately 15 years, I have helped organizations move complex work from intention to execution—across learning systems, healthcare technology adoption, quality governance, program delivery, and workforce change.

From workforce performance to transformation leadership
My career began in healthcare operations, where technology change had immediate consequences for staff workflows and continuity of care. It expanded into learning-system modernization, performance support, quality assurance, and federal program delivery—work that required me to align stakeholders, clarify requirements, establish controls, and help teams move through consequential change.
Today, I apply that foundation to technology transformation and change adoption. I work in the space between a new capability and the organizational reality required to use it responsibly and sustainably.

Earned April 2026, reinforcing an established foundation in program delivery, stakeholder coordination, governance, risk, and execution.
Graduate education
Master of Arts in Instructional Systems Design, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration.
