I have partnered with government stakeholders, client leaders, subject-matter experts, technical specialists, and cross-functional delivery teams. My work has included needs assessment, strategy and planning, requirements translation, learning modernization, stakeholder alignment, storyboarding, digital development, quality assurance, alpha and beta review, LMS coordination, and implementation support.
That hands-on delivery experience allows me to make recommendations that can be executed—and to lead the work beyond the recommendation.
HOW I WORK

I draw from Agile, waterfall, hybrid, and ADDIE-informed practices according to the initiative’s needs. Delivery experience includes Articulate Rise 360, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Composica, Blackboard, Synthesia, HTML-based applications, presentation development, LMS testing, and synchronous and asynchronous environments.
Methods and tools support the solution. They are never the strategy by themselves.
Important work should not be allowed to drift.
